Choose the right Kashmir package

Need a different route or pace?
Tell us your travel dates, group size, starting point, preferred stay category and budget range. We will use those details to prepare a more relevant Kashmir plan.
A corporate trip is judged differently from a personal holiday. People want it to run on time, keep the group together, and give the team something worth talking about when they return. Kashmir works well for that: the setting is memorable, the weather is cool when most of India is hot, and the valley offers a mix of sightseeing, leisure and light activity.
What a corporate plan covers
- Group transport from the airport or station, with vehicles sized for your headcount.
- Hotels chosen for room availability, group dining and, where needed, a meeting or presentation space.
- A programme that blends sightseeing, free time and, where relevant, team activities or a work session.
- Coordination before and during the trip, so the organiser is not handling logistics alone.
- Clear costs. What is included in the package, and what participants pay for on their own.
Common formats
Team offsites of three to five days, incentive trips for sales or partner groups, leadership retreats, and school or alumni trips. We also support family-inclusive corporate trips, where employees bring their families.
Planning ahead
Confirm headcount and date flexibility early, and tell us about dietary needs, mobility needs and any session you plan to hold. Peak seasons book out, so allow at least four to six weeks for larger groups.
For larger groups we also suggest a short pre-trip call with the organiser to walk through the route, vehicle sizes, rooming and any needs of the participants, so there is a shared understanding long before departure day. See our Kashmir corporate and group tour for a sample structure, then tell us about your group and we will draft a plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many days are enough for Kashmir?
Five days covers Srinagar, Gulmarg and Pahalgam without rushing. Six or seven days lets you add Sonamarg and Doodhpathri at a comfortable pace, which most families prefer. A weekend is possible from Srinagar, but you will see only Srinagar and one hill destination.
Should I start my Kashmir trip from Jammu or Srinagar?
Fly into Srinagar if you have five days or fewer; you save a full day of road travel. Start from Jammu if you are travelling by train, want to combine Vaishno Devi with Kashmir, or enjoy road journeys. The Jammu to Srinagar drive takes most of a day.
Can I use cards and UPI in Kashmir?
Hotels, restaurants in Srinagar and larger shops accept cards and UPI, but mobile data can be patchy in the hills, so carry some cash for ponies, local cabs, entry tickets and small vendors. ATMs are available in Srinagar, Pahalgam and Gulmarg, though they occasionally run out during peak weeks.
