Tell us your travel dates, group size, starting point, preferred stay category and budget range. We will use those details to prepare a more relevant Andaman & Nicobar plan.

How to choose an Andaman package

Start with three questions: how many days do you have, which islands appeal and what do you want to do on the water? Five days suits Port Blair and Havelock. Six or seven days adds Neil and gives you more time on the sand. A water-focused trip needs extra days for diving, with the last dive at least a day before your flight.

Next, think about the season. November to April is the main period, with calm seas and clear water, and December to January is peak. October and May are quieter but carry weather risk. June to September is the monsoon, when ferries and activities are unreliable, and we do not recommend it for most travellers.

What to compare between packages

  • The number of islands and ferry crossings. Fewer hops mean more rest and less risk of disruption.
  • Ferry class and operator. Private high-speed ferries are faster and more comfortable than government ferries, but prices differ.
  • The resort type and location. Beachfront, forest, and village stays feel very different.
  • Meals. Breakfast is the usual inclusion; other meals vary.
  • Activities. Diving, snorkelling, sea walks and entry tickets are often paid separately.
  • Buffers. Check whether the plan keeps the last day free of ferries and dives.

What we will ask you

To prepare a useful quote we need your travel dates, the number of adults and children with ages, your starting city, preferred resort category and rough budget. We will also ask about interests, such as diving, snorkelling or relaxing, and anything that limits the plan, such as motion sickness or mobility. None of this is a commitment.

If none of the packages fits, send us your plan and we will draft one.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many days do I need for the Andamans?

Six or seven days covers Port Blair, Havelock and Neil Island at a comfortable pace. Five days works if you skip Neil. Because ferries are weather-dependent and the islands are a flight away, anything under five days feels rushed. Add days if you want to dive, visit Baratang or explore the north.

How do ferries between the islands work?

Private high-speed ferries and government ferries link Port Blair, Havelock and Neil, with crossings of roughly one to two and a half hours. Tickets are booked in advance, schedules change with the season and weather, and sailings are cancelled in rough seas. We suggest a buffer of at least half a day before any flight home.

What is the best time to visit the Andaman Islands?

November to April is the main season, with calm seas, clear water and good visibility for snorkelling and diving. October and May are shoulder months with fewer crowds. June to September is the monsoon, when ferries are disrupted and many water activities are suspended. Cyclone risk is higher around April to May and October to December, so keep flexibility.

Can beginners try scuba diving in the Andamans?

Yes. Introductory dives need no certification, only basic fitness, a medical declaration and a short briefing. Choose a certified, insured operator with trained instructors. Do not fly within 18 to 24 hours of diving, and tell the instructor about any health conditions, including colds and asthma.
